Grrr - lug stuck - drilling stud %&@*!

No kidding tjkj! Have coated and hs steel sets and they're worth what you pay I now know, fine for wood or putting a clean hole in drywall is about what they're good for. Carbide or Cobalt may be on the shopping list tomorrow AM depending what's in stock and nearby - am about 1/8 away from...

Grrr - lug stuck - drilling stud %&@*!

Got home to start working on the lift, took a breaker bar to 19 lug nuts without issues. Had PB blasted everything last night and again when I got home so figured same routine job, step one wheels off. One nut, however - one of the remaining infamous factory chrome capped ones has caused me a...

Thanks Dmut - gives me some ideas - and makes me think twice about this model.

    Winch options in my ARB?

О! Это хорошо! Not really clear from the pics but I know what you mean. The solenoid should mount on the round handles / bars but are facing the vehicle of course. Yours is the TMAX 8500, on the Rough Country 9500 model I wonder like yours if the electrical cables will allow me to use the...

    Cheap Duratracs in Canada...

Looks like the prices are going up on Goodyear Duratracs. (Woulda coulda shoulda bought them when they were $170 each for 245/75R16 at pmctire.com) http://www.pmctire.com/en/goodyear-wrangler-duratrac-lt245-75r16-c-108q-owl.tire Even the discounters online seem to be in the $200 range...

    Winch options in my ARB?

Okay - exactly what I priced in Canada locally for $449 but no wireless. The RC version has a 100 foot cable and with straps, snatch blocks and limbsavers (which I now have) should be fine I think. The solenoid block mounts on top of the winch stock which should clear the opening on the ARB...

    Winch options in my ARB?

    Camo Jeep Kits

Any news... or pics? Really like the look of these kits. Will have to start searching in Canada - or become a distributor. (With a name like huntbuggy - I'm likely a good candidate...)

    Winch options in my ARB?

Have got everything prepped, clearcoated and laid out to fit the ARB this month... but am thinking it might be easier to install a winch right away and be done with it so I don't have to take the bumper off next season. So. The Warn M8000 seems to be the most common choice - but with the...

    Ways to monitor trans temp

Am also interested in monitoring trans temp - anyone fitted an inline or t-fitting sensor before the rad cooling inlet hose? Seems the logical place to put it as it's placed in a spot you can work on and would be at the high temp side of the fluid circuit... An autolite or something directly...

OME or Bilstein shocks for LibertyTc's KJ?

Nice job! And looks like nicer weather in BC than here to enjoy it! I actually like the look with your stocker wheels and tires and it's convinced me to run mine awhile until hunting season perhaps. Glad to hear it rides smoothly - I don't think I can stand much more of my old suspension...

Not having much luck finding 4.10 gear sets.

So OE 5066085AA / aftermarket OE replacement Dana Spicer is what you're looking for for the fronts, use the part numbers to get quotes, seems no Canadian place stocks them. (Dana Spicer 4.10 Ring and Pinion part # 84006-5) (Assembly kits are Dans Spicer #s 708115 708114 708113) (see...

Wow. Will watch out for that. Did you return all four to Bilstein under warranty? They cover breakage such as that under normal conditions, yes?
