Am going to wait until I get wheels and tires probably. Perhaps in next couple months. Have a few Moog parts to throw in at the same time (tie rods ends and stab. links, maybe LBJs too?) and will probably get some Daystar stab. bushings while I'm at it. Decal madness - hijack thread... Nope, no stickers from JBA either. Have a few Yukon and Ruffstuff stickers and ordered nothing put a ring&pinion and diff cover respectively, also got a JeepForum.com one recently... free... Thx Coyote. Seems logical enough - but... In the instructions of the balljoint it says to not back it off... but the other instructions say 60ft/lbs like stock. I think if I don't find anything on the forums might just torque near 60 and put the cotter pin wherever? (Bright idea - Or... -
Whats the least amount of lift out of OME/Bilstein setup?
They're to go inside the coilover spring/shock assembly in the front. Tim had the misfortune of not having some go in and ended up having to go back to the shop. Even though mine were a bit crushed, I just re-used the old ones I pulled out of the stock fronts - yours should be fine in an 05...- huntbuggy

Just wanted to ask / add to this thread. When torquing the balljoint nut - 60 ft/lbs according to instructions - should / will the cotter pin actually line up? -
New 4.5 a-arms!!!!
Too late! Arms are in. Now if I could get the bloody Teraflex bumpstops to be more agreeable...- huntbuggy

Smoked tails can be had pretty cheap on Ebay. Just buy the lense and plastic assembly one and reuse your lights it's even cheaper obviously. Buyer beware I put Altezza tails on my last truck (why not, replacing a cracked tail - jazz it up) some Ebay stuff from China is pretty brittle so don't...- huntbuggy

CV Restoration - $84 axles

Have to admit after a quick browse this weekend at the shop the Goodyear MT/R "look and feel" the best compared to the other stuff they had in stock. Mostly ATs so no real comparison, but the Firestone Destination MT just didn't seem like the in the same game, but was a bit cheaper. Guess...- huntbuggy

Cheap Duratracs in Canada...
So Ry - Duratracs instead of MT/Rs next time? Or do you need a killer mud tire for where you guys go? I might just bite the bullet this summer... was thinking maybe at Tire Rack when I visit family in NY. Even paying the tax at the border still seems an honest bargain. -

Put the order in first thing then and call early - maybe he can send them out Monday before end of business if you're lucky? They would go to main hub in NY first so not sure how much more time - they get on a plane from there so two weeks would be tops no?- huntbuggy
