If you are new to lifting a vehicle I would suggest looking for a complete kit. It can sometimes me more difficult to try and piece one together. If you aren't sure what it is you should be looking for it would probably be easier to search for a 3 inch lift kit and look through all the various...
Hi there, not far from you. I live up by Johnstown. If you ever want to venture up to Rock Run in Patton let me know. I wheel up there about 2 a month....sometimes more. :)
Simple thing and it just happened on mine. The little metal tabs that pinch the bulb in and make contact get hot and bend out away from the bulb preventing it from making contact. Pull the bulb out of the socket, look into the socket and see the 4 metal tabs that are on both sides of the...
Yeah it's publicly owned. It's actually ran as a non-profit. They have a small staff but a lot of the money spent there goes back into the park. There is currently 20 to 30 miles of OHV trails but the park itself is roughly 6000 acres so there is lots of room to grow. I am there constantly...
We have one public owned park here is Pa. Rock Run is a county owned ATV/OHV park. The land was once old strip mines that have been abandoned. They reclaimed the land and built a place for us to wheel. Here is a link to the park's website. It is IMO a pretty good model of what a governing...
Here is links to a video and some pics from the event. Sorry for the long delay. Anyone want to wheel in Pa let me know.

It's a little thing called progress. The new models all have improvements over the older ones. The JK has a lot going for it, more HP then the 4.0 oh though not the torque. But it's not hard to modify them with a simple tuner. In fact one advantage is the tuners do more for the 3.6 then...
I'll try and get some from all the different levels of trails. Maybe next year a weekend trip. Worth a weekend if you ask me, the trails are a lot of fun and can be very challenging.
There is an upcoming toys for tots ride at the Rock Run Recreation Area located in Patton, Pa. Only Liberty I have seen at the park is mine and I wouldn't mind seeming some more come out and wheel. There are trails for every level of wheeler.
You could always hook a thermostat to a receptacle..(I am sure they make ones that plug in) then set it to turn on at 15 degrees and for a limited time or something. Would give you the advantage of heating up your car (which is a good idea) but only when needed.
It doesn't look like it gets wheeled. But as long as he get's the SFA kit worked out who cares. The more people who are working on kit's like those the better. The competition will push those who build them to make them better and more affordable in an effort to make themselves stick out in...
I used coil spacers.....compressed the springs about 2 inches and then pushed the forks up on a-arm. Nice to have an assistant to put the bolt in once you get it lined up.
