Meh, like I said i was just behind a Nitro and thought the dimensions looked the same, I didn't actually compare them (and now that I have I see they are completely different sizes)
I was behind a Nitro today and got thinking about this, will Nitro taillights work on the KK for another option as the Nitros taillights look better than the KKs IMO

you can get a 12-point socket that is a tad bit too small and hammer it on. Then use the ratchet and back the lock off, I have done this probably 20 times.

ummmmm NO the parts not pictured are the hardest parts to get, they are either an M-shaped bolt or a flat bar with 2 studs on it that goes inside of the front support behind the crush cans.
but that is because you have a 2004, it is not an issue for pre 2004 models and even on the 2004 models the only issue is the ambient temperature, everything else will work fine.
The EVIC in my 03 is from a 2000 WJ, another is from a 2001 300C
people on here will tell you that you can't go to a factory Jeep 15" wheel on your liberty, but I can tell you that I installed the factory 15" wheels from my 1998 Grand Cherokee on one of my 2002 Libertys and it cleared everything just fine.

I hear ya, I have mine wired the illegal way, really the only time it comes into question is if your state does safety inspections. as for the kit, yes it will come with everything you need.
ah yes I forgot we were talking about the MOPAR foglights and not the factory-equipped ones. One note though if you intend to hook them up to your parking lights they will be illegal as they must by law turn off when you turn your highbeams on.
