    cut down terraflex bumpstops?

My upper control arms are contacting the bumpstops when I brake and hit something as small as a lane reflector. This can't be normal. Should I have cut them down some?

    Front End sagging

man..... I could have saved time yesterday, and not have a blue throbbing fingernail from a wrench slip, by not taking apart the right side just for a darn spacer change. Left side had to come apart, for the axle seal replacement.

    Front End sagging

no issue of over time the gap slowly decreases, constant downward pressure of the coil assembly/ weight of vehicle, upward travel of clevis/ lower control arm?

I have 2 3/8" JBA clevis spacers I will donate to a needy KJ user. 2 weeks old. I replaced with .50 inch ones.

    Differential gears

It would definitely be easier this time for you. I removed most of the left side suspension to do the axle seal yesterday, after only two weeks of driving with the new lift installed. No fighting rusty bolts, or lame nuts with the lock tabs bending. It was fairly easy with the only consulting...

Installed the new left side axle seal and the 1/2 spacers today. Tom you were right, it gives me half inch more over the 3/8 spacers. It looks a lot better. Guess I will be getting another alignment soon.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Tom your kj really looks awesome. Looks like a tank. Do you have the factory front dif or the jba steel? How did you get 4.25 lift in front? Are the moab wheels painted or powder coated?

Having wobble/bad vibration w/ OME lift at high speed

PS, mine was actually silent in turns, only made noise going straight, and the thumping noise started at 40mph. The groaning noise was at slow speed.

Having wobble/bad vibration w/ OME lift at high speed

been through this, almost exact same symptoms. I would bet a 6 pack ofLeinenkugel Orange Shandy that it is the right CV and intermediate shaft. Fixed mine in December, replaced both left and right and intermediate. Napa remans for the CV assemblies about $56 each, and an intermediate shaft...

03 liberty crazy rev and stall problem , new user need help

assuming nothing is wrong with the throttle linkage, or a floor mat in the wrong place... you should pull the idle air control valve, inspect it and the seat, check the connectors. Clean the valve and seat. if it's not dirty, maybe it is internally bad.

    Cleaning foggy headlights.

Last weekend I used 1500 grit wet sand, with lots of water, then the 3M plastic cleaner polish, then the Mcquires plastic headlight protectant. I wasn't sure if the wet sanding was working much (more than 3M product alone) until I did the lower fogs. Wow, yellow nasty junk came off, and after...

well the left side axle seal is definitely slowly leaking, I will be replacing it when the seal arrives, so I will go ahead and install the .50" clevis spacers since I am tearing things apart anyway. At least everything will be easier to break loose now.

    Front axle seal

http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f202/how-drivers-side-axle-seal-replacement-45398/ The right side is more challenging because the seal is set inside the axle tube slightly. Since they are cheap you could buy 3 in case you booger one up during install.

    Improved Ride Quality

I have the OME in front and Bilstiens in back. Granted they are only two weeks old, but I love the ride quality. As for whether or not keeping the KJ or getting something else... mine is paid off, and when something goes bad or need replacement, I can get an improvement over factory. And I...
