Just thinking out loud... Maybe who entered data confused it with one of the diff's bearings :shrug: Also, just IMHO, nowadays one BARELY knows the origin of OEM spares... so I'd stick to Mopar. RH hub in my stash ( You know, the survival thing... :D) says 'Made in Canada' and came with...- diyman

Transmission Relearn Instructions
The scanner(s) will only give proper instructions to the TCM to enter the re-learn routine. 04 v6 intake sensor connection
neither good nor bad ... . moparpart.com . Mind You, on most sites, when searching a part by number, remove leading zeroes! That is, 050....... becomes 50....... otherwise You'll get a 'part not found'! Kinda sucks!!! Also, those conns are somehow expensive, but look like they're well made...- diyman

Abnormal noise...brake area maybe?
FWIW 1) Inspect U/Joints ( sqweak sqweak happened on me and they were toast ) 2) may not be the case, but take a look at CVs 3) less probable but..check hub bearings ( rears too ) 4) sometimes it's just a 'souvenir of the trail' stuck somewhere... :happy175: Let us know.- diyman

Probably having rear suspension issues..
Thank You guys. As far as I can tell, when accellerating or decel. vehicle maintains it's course, so, hopefully, that might rule lower arms out. Probably having rear suspension issues..
When falling into even small potholes, I can feel the rear axle shaking and trying to... take another route :eek: It has become more noticeable over time. I guess it might be caused by worn lower control arms. Hope upper control 'boomerang' has nothing to do... Shocks are 15k old but coils...- diyman

02 Sensors + Cat Delete
My '06 (per VIN) KJ ( Cherokee built in Venezuela ) never had downstream O2 sensors, I guess purposedly... By fumbling with my scanner, I could see that there is a trickle voltage simulated on the PCM... thus meaning that the unit isn't programmed ( You know, firmware ) to monitor sensors'...- diyman

TPS Harness?
Hope I'm right, PN should be 05161920AA (or /B/C/D :shrug: ). Yeah, looks a bit like a PITA, but if You stay calm, it should be ok. Splitting cables as close as You can to the old connector will surely make stripping easier later on. Be careful when 'shrinking' insulators if using a lighter...- diyman

Oil Pan drain Plug Leaking
I mean we all hope it's not a big issue. Unluckily You said it's worse than what it looked like... sorry to hear that. The 'lousy' was referred to the damn problem ( Your KJ ) not about You having it ! :badger_1: Sorry for not expressing properly! Oh, AFAIK swapping the oil pan is...ouch...- diyman

5W-20 oil
long_tall_texan, It's ok, nothing bad will ever happen, but ( it's a long story... ) on 4k intervals ANY SM/SN oil will be more than adequate... Syn oil? No such thing today... 5W-20 oil
I'd stick with 5W-30, even 10W-30. if You follow the 3k/3mo route...buy the cheapest SM/SN oil on sale! MC synthetic blend 5W/30 might be an option, no idea about prices though :shrug:.
