In case it had not been done before, U/joints must be changed! Stock ones are surely (well, 99%) toast. Mmc, You'll be surprised of what You'll see when disassemblig them... Heater Motor Resistor Information / Blower Fault
Cannot find the exact post either, IIRC it was that of a Sebring (PN 5174124AA). I have a couple of 05139719AA and they have 'MADE IN USA' printed on the box but yes, they are Valeo made in MX. Anyhow, at least IMHO, better so than China...- diyman

Synthetic oil and Earth Friendly Filter
Nothing against Amsoil, I've no clue so can't speak, but does their ( or any ) filter guarantee that all dust will be filtered out? Hard starting when the temp is 90+
Assuming that : fuel pump is OK, coils are fine and PCM ( Powertrain Control Module ) too, this could well be the typical ECT ( Engine Coolant Temperature ) sensor going bad. If possible, hook up a scanner and check for intake air temp and coolant temp. Just the first two things that come to...- diyman

Your advice
DO IT!!! If doing Yourself ( more fun and less $$$ ) keep receipts of fluids and take pictures of the job. Use good RTV, dino 85W-140 for diffs, ATF+4 for T-case ( I use DexIII but I'm nuts...). A big syringe ( type that would scare You to death, but without the needle :) ) to inject fluids...- diyman

Just thinking out loud... - badly gunked up radiator. Time to change? - faulty reservoir cap ( mostly overlooked ) - seized tensioner ( less likely anyway, one would surely hear it.. ) - hoses ( almost ten years on them :eek:) - and last of course, water pump I'd also keep an eye on...- diyman

Ehm...Gentlemen... why not search this marvellous site maybe in the 'how to' section??? :whip: There is a nicely written 'step by step' thread about swapping an hub! Also when it comes to water pumps, radiators and hubs, go Mopar, they come with a new ABS sensor already fitted (the hubs)...- diyman

ABS Light on/off again!?
Don't worry, errors get stored and proper scan tool will show them anyway. Sensors should NEVER get hot, as they don't come in contact with anything. Good luck.- diyman

Don't know if wiring is consistent over different MYs, but according to FSM wiring is simple, no dedicated thermostat, actuation of fan relay is determined by PCM instead. So, unless the only wire going from the fuse box to the fan is contacting some ground, I'd say fan is dead. Never had...- diyman
