rear glass question
I just tried it, and mine stays off when the glass is open. If for some reason yours stays on, you can always turn off all of the interior lights.- george0029

Malfunction Indicator Light :(
So that would mean the deposits have damaged or in some way affected the sensor? Therefore replacing it would let you get an accurate reading of whether or not the engine is running lean. Of course replacing the spark plugs is a great idea, but personally I've seen this situation a few times...- george0029

Correct. 90% of the time it's just a bad o2 sensor and replacing it solves the problem. Careful when you're taking the old one out and replacing so you don't strip threads... Good luck! :) BANK 1 SENSOR 2 is the sensor right behind the cat on the drivers side btw.- george0029

The "Malfunction Indicator Light" is the proper term for your check engine light. It being on means the on board diagnostic system detected a problem with the vehicle. I'm running Sylvania Silverstar Ultras. Pretty satisfied with them especially since i got them for under $18 on eBay! At the store they run at $50 so if you are able to buy them online then I highly recommend them! (biggthumpup)- george0029
