Battery at 10.7 volts??
I plugged it into the back outlet, and the device warning light came on, (the engine was not running) and the cooler had not been running at all. I checked my scangauge setting, the obd port says 12.1 volts.- Trodo

With only a grand past, I would think you could have some working room there, if you start complaining right now, and I mean really complaining. Take it to a 5 star dealer, point out that these items shouldn't break down at just past the warranty, make claims of fraud, and faulty workmanship...- Trodo

Is it still under warranty? From the looks of your pic, you have an 05+ It's all the dealership problem now. Make them pay. It's your right as a consumer. Just remember, these vehicles are made mostly by people, with thousands of parts, #$%^ somtimes happens. Sorry to hear about the problems.- Trodo

How far can the average KJ go?
I've made several trips from where I live to las Vegas, that's 280 miles one way. Still had plenty of gas on arrival. I also plan on a 1300 mile trip at the end of Sept.- Trodo

Most fuel efficient acceleration rate?
Just on a side note, my best mileage from "name" brands of gas goes like this. Exxon/Mobil (best mileage returns) Chevron (Almost as good as Exxon) Shell (Decent returns) Arco (nothing great) Costco Brand (it' getting bad) 76 (worst mileage returns) Just my 2 cents.- Trodo

There is a TSB for brake moan, what year is your Liberty? BTW that is covered under your warranty, under the first 11,000 miles. After that they feel you're used enough of the brakes to warrant replacement.- Trodo

Found a rust trouble spot
Sorry no pics from me for awhile, camera died and I'm deciding on a new one. But this was not on the plastic portion or fender portions, this is where the suspension componets from out from the engine bay, into the wheel well, on a horizontial sandwich of metal. Just above the long boot...- Trodo

Questionable Gas Guage
Yeah, I guess it was too much trouble for the engineers to include a digital readout with the analog guage so you'd know exactly how much gas you had in the tank. Pain in the #$% sometimes.- Trodo
