Drillless method #2 for mounting lights!!
I'm not too surprized. You did a really nice job on the install, but the lamps are sitting on what is effectively a very long lever, so physics being the way it is, they are going to want to move unless you do anchor the front....- Emoto

Front Brake Disc Replacement?
Hi folks, No manual in front of me. How difficult is it to replace a set of warped front rotors with new ones? I am a skilled motorcycle mechanic, but don't know much about 4 wheeled vehicles. The KJ is a 2002 LTD with 4WD. Thanks!- Emoto

At 58,000 miles, I am overdue for my 3rd set of wiper blades. Last time, I went with OEM and the price at the dealer was unbelievably high. I decided to try them anyway to see if they were worth it. Outside White Letters?
Seems like a lot of folks want the white letters out. I myself prefer the black side out, so that's what I did with the BFG TAKOs that I just put on. The tire guy really thought I should put the white letters out, said "it would really dress up that truck" but I like the black side...- Emoto

Got my TAKOs on and have not yet been offroad with them, but last night drove through some truly torrential rain in SE Mass. They were just great. Still gripped well. A little more noise than OEM tires, but nothing that bothers me. I'm very happy with these tires!- Emoto

I don't mind the noise at all. It is interesting that you say they do a better job of soaking up bumps. One tire store guy tried to tell me that the ride would be harsher.- Emoto

I was just on the phone with a local tire shop (not a big chain) and when I mentioned the BFG TA KO's he checked on a couple of things and offered me Republic Trailmark APR tires. Said they were a label owned by Kelly Springfield and that they were good tires. At $95/each mounted and balanced...- Emoto

If you end up with the Liberty, you might want to make sure you get the SelecTrac with the full-time four wheel drive option. This lets you stay in 4WD even on dry roads. It also has a position for 2 wheel drive for normal driving. That is a good feature for the northeast as on the same drive...- Emoto
