    I use 5W-30 Mobil 5000, Valvoline, or Castrol Conventional, or 5W-20 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend.     An oil pressure sensor is fairly cheap so replace that first. Check for signs of oil on or near it.

    If you don't lift it first then the excessive rubbing will cause undue stress on all your drive-train components. Also make sure you don't put hydrogen in your tires.
