well, new to me KJ Liberty
so i am thinking that an oil pressure gauge would not be a bad thing to have. does anyone know where to connect a mechanical adapter (engine block)? old Chrysler v-8's were in the top back of the block. but there is so much back there on this thing, that i don't want to go diving in back there...- XWrench3

I guess as far as the transmission goes, it will likely be a matter of the deal at hand. since i can drive either. the last 10 years has been with a 5 speed manual. diesel prices here stay more constant than gasoline does. gas fluctuates by 20 cents a gallon on a regular basis. but diesel stays...- XWrench3

Thanks, that's the kind of info i was looking for. while i like the 400 ft/pounds of torque, working on anything is not fun anymore. my back is all but destroyed. and i have never considered myself a diesel enthusiast.- XWrench3
