    Just go aftermarket; the OEM one is teh suk. If you aren't good at remote starters, pay someone else. You'll need a bypass for it to work, and to program the bypass, you'll need access to the interwebz, a programmer and a dealer account. You can buy a Fortin module which will come preprogrammed...

    There is no T-Harness for a KJ but there is in the KK and other 07-up Chrysler vehicles. In fact, you don't need a remote stater to do a remote start in 07-up (not KJ) Jeeps. Kooler than Mudd.

    My rig was never "junked out". All the aftermarket stuff went on DurangoTang's rig and the nearly stock rig was sold to a dude in MS. I owned both rigs for a while in fact both rigs attended Pastafari.

    I had 235/85R16 on my CRD with 2.5" Frankenlift II. Although I do acknowledge that I didn't have bad-ass off-road parks to play in, I only had MOAB.
