I just bought u-joints for mine from Napa. I got the greasable ones. Not sure if it's the part number, but it says 369 on the box. Same one for both ends. $15 a piece.
I don't know what the tolerances for the head are but I don't think .02 would hurt. Personally I would turn the crank till one of the pistons is at the top of its stroke and measure the clearance of the valves at the bottom of their travel and the clearance of the spark plug.

You can get the bulbs from the parts store but I believe you gotta rip the whole dash out to get to them

While it may be a popular size, I think it depends on where you are. The "good" tire store here considers it an odd ball size and doesn't carry many and the other tire store doesn't carry that size at all.

Yeah I saw that, someone would have to go over it well to make sure it's decent, but it's cheap so figured I'd throw it out there if someone hadn't seen it.

That depends on the model. If they're SRA's then yes they're crap tires. The Silent Armors are great on snow and ice and I've heard the Duratracs perform well also. Not sure which model of wrangler the OP actually has though.
It was my understanding that you never want to do a clevis lift in conjunction with a Frankenlift. I would take the conduit nuts out, but you'll need another alignment when you do that.

I'm selling my boomerang. The mount broke but the boomerang itself is fine. It's been on my Jeep for 1 year. I replaced it when I installed my lift. The bushings are good and the ball joint is tight. It is OEM mopar, not aftermarket. It's dirty but here are some pics. Asking $50...
