I'll second the longer rear shocks.. when I did my ironman lift they didn't have the longer shocks yet so I went with the stock length.. they didn't last long.
I would say go with ironman all around and just don't add the extras (top plate, clevis, ISO).. It will put you just over stock height and the ride will be vastly improved.
Your electrical system can handle it fine but I would recommend a larger capacitor. With what you'll be running you want minimum 1.5 farad but I would personally recommend a 2.0 farad.
Not sure what rms wattage is but the rear speakers are ran off the front amp/crossover and I believe (not 100% certain) that they are 2 ohm.. at work right now so can't really check.. hopefully someone else will know
Sorry about your luck prof. But yeah at least they weren't able to take your jeep. I'd happily pitch in to help you cover the cost but unfortunately I'm not in a much better situation than you are myself :(
