Can front gear and rear gear ratio be different on 4x4?

About to get 4.10&4.11 now. Been running 235/85r16s on stock gear. Just imagine though, 30 inch tires on front and 35s on rear with 4.88 on back lol

Can front gear and rear gear ratio be different on 4x4?

I know i'm an idiot when it comes to automotive. I heard front stock diff fits up to 4.10 and rear fits 4.56. Is there a reason why i havent seen anybody put 4.10 on front and 4.56 on rear?

    suggest tires/wheels

I really dont recommend aftermarket rims. A lot of them by large arent the right offset and will throw ride off. Have you checked kk wheel? Or do this :)

Decisions, decisions on brand and size

I have set of kumho but its mt kl71. Mud terrain, 10 ply, looks like an inch of tread. Unreasonably heavy, i know. Rides surprisingly good considering mud tire. You dont always have to get name brand. Kumho and hankook have been on korean cars for while. While i cant speak for quality of korean...

How can i regear to 4.56?

Wow so much information all at once. Thank you. I'll ask jba if those gears they sell is already machined and go from there. I probably wont do it till couple months later anyway. Till then, I'll try to come up with an excuse to get those upgrade. My parents have been very concerned about me...

    I'm confused

Just to add, ive had same spec rims on mine as well. It rubbed even with 235/70r16. It rode terribly with them on. It is still one of my greatest regret that i bought aftermarket rims. I put my steelies back on with 1.25" spacer and painted them black. Do you plan on lifting? You can still put...

    Regretted KJ Mods?

Stupid ally rims, and grille guard. Rims: 16", offset 0, and 8" wide. Rubbed even with stock size. i took them off, painted factory steelies black and put back on, with spacers. So much better. Grille guard: i still like the look, but it does nothing. I found out steel bumper and grille guard...
