I might have sold mine, and I wasn't even trying!
I have a '96 Dodge Ram 4x4 diesel that I'm trying to sell. I bought the Liberty to replace it since I don't need a 3/4 ton truck just to drive to work. I originally bought it to pull my racecar, but retired from racing. I played with the...
Possibly. I mostly made them for extra's for the door, but might have tried it in the ignition too.
I guess I can just unhook the negative battery cable and it will reset?
Got a P0513 code in my odometer, this is what it says, what does it mean?
Is it simply from when I made a couple spare non-electronic keys?

There you go right there. But, to finish, mark a spot on the shaft and on the housing, to get an accurate count. Just a shade over 4 turns is 4:10, about 3 1/2 turns, 3:55, and about 3 3/4 turns 3:73, I think you get the idea.

Dang me anyhow! :Stupid Me: I did what I hate others do, post a question, then never check back to see the answer!
I was wondering about using CRD springs, just afraid it would ride too stiff.
The starter also appears to be wet from oil. You could have a simple valve cover leak, or as suggested, a front seal leak. Oil will "travel" and leak from the lowest point.
Again, if it's dark or black, motor oil, if reddish, trans oil.

My local shop is hesitant to install "lift" springs on a shock/strut due to the pressures involved. Their spring compressor works fine for stock, but heavier springs tend to bow out and possibly fly apart.
So basically, are the springs longer than stock, and are the shock/strut recommended...
The spot you want to hit with Bob's Fine Hammer hammer is the rounded portion of the spindle that the BJ stud is inserted into. Loosen the nut, hit horizontally on the knuckle that the stud is in, (it may take more than one try), and it will pop, then you can remove the nut and push the UCA out...
