water pump torqing necessary
You won't crack the housing but it probably will leak if you don't do the sequence. Any of the chains have a free loan-a-tool program like uss2defiant said.- CzarKJ

That skid is awesome. Love mine and has been less then gently landed on many times. The install was a pain for me as well but I planned it so I installed mine right after the hitch recall so the bolts were fresh haha. Definitely needed two Jacks though.- CzarKJ

2003 Limited, no low beams or tail lights
Could it possibly be the multiswitch? I know the left hand twist turns on both while you have to push forward for the highbeams.- CzarKJ

Very easy. Buy one with a manual Trans and sell the one without it. :)
