    SYE or custom driveshaft?

Best I can measure I have 11.5° on the shaft and 3-4° at either end. Surprised they are that close a match - it looks like more at the tcase end. The pinion is tilted up slightly because of how the JBA tri-link bracket is built. I'm using the driveshaft with the damper weight ring.

    Rear differential skid plate

If you mean 'lunchbox' style (replace spider gears only) I suggest the Powertrax No-Slip for quietest behaviour. There is also Lockright, Spartan, Aussie, perhaps a couple more. To my knowledge there is no drop-in limited slip; these require fresh bearings and setting the backlash again. No, do...

    Rear differential skid plate

The only reason there isn't a rear locker in ours is because the factory trac-lok hasn't given up yet. Always been on the radar...

    Rear differential skid plate

Not so strange. That D44A created a market for one because it's aluminum. Iron diffs take lots of abuse. Folks grind them to be smoother to hang up on rocks less. (Some diffs are cast more favourably for improvement vs others).

    04 KJ Tire Pressure Sensor

2004 and 2005 KJ here... never had tire pressure sensors.

Need to replace my 2002 KJ engine

I had my old head (that dropped the seat) rebuilt at a shop. They said they weld around the seat pocket to make it shrink.

Did some more checking. The D35 doesn't list for 2003-onward.

Need to replace my 2002 KJ engine

I had a valve seat drop too. Happened on a cold startup, and didn't even get to run a minute. Didn't wreck anything major. I was lucky to have a parts-KJ on hand with a blown head gasket. I took a head from it, had it surfaced, swapped it on. Here we are running fine some 12,000km later.

    Rear differential skid plate

There's a number of variations of Dana 30. High vs low pinion; fat vs short vs 'regular' pinions. The most standard traits are the ring gear size and 27 spline carrier. The's KJ's IFS-variant diff cover has slightly different bolt holes, and is shallower - due to the packaging of this aluminum...

    4.10 Re-gearing - 2025

Call it what you want. Top sensor on the rear diff. Our '05 doesn't have ABS. Speedo read fast with stock tires, and now really quite accurate with 30" tires.

    4.10 Re-gearing - 2025

Only the tire size matters. Ratio doesn't affect it because the sensor reads from the ring gear, not the driveshaft.

They do not. Also, regular Dana 30 is a different pattern from our KJ Dana 30. And they rear axle is most likely the 8.25" Chrysler.

    Intermediate Shaft O-Ring?

Mine didn't have any o-ring. I'm quite sure the seal in the diff housing seals against the CV axle snout.

Front end clunk when turning at low speed

Where the passenger side CV axle plugs into the front diff.

Front end clunk when turning at low speed

Check the right side over. Its fairly common for the intermediate shaft interface and bearing to wear out and bang around intermittently.

    SYE or custom driveshaft?

Tried shimming down the trans crossmember? Its easy to loosen the bolts at the frame and slide 1/4" something in there for a test.

Looking the upgrade my suspension on 2005 jeep liberty

IIRC, the damper is a heavy ring on the yoke (not the shaft) and is situated on rubber (not viscous anything). The rubber usually ends up shrinking and ring comes loose. I've lost track of which rear driveshaft is on the KJ (not home to check), but I do know the pinion angle is higher than I...

Looking the upgrade my suspension on 2005 jeep liberty

No balancer and I can't measure the angle for 2 weeks. I do know most of the angle is at the fwd end - almost nothing on the rear. I've never been happy with the arrangement (visually) but it also hasn't given me any trouble.
