    Light bar install/Questions

Not a grill solution, but I added ditch lights near the outside mirrors. Total cost for lights and wire harness was around $100. The LED's in them are very bright, and work well at night. I was mucking around on Amazon today, and saw a bull bar that is basically a light kit holder. I doubt...

Geolandar vs Hankook AT2 vs Wildpeak A/T

    Another question on this. The factory tires (Goodyear Eagle Sport in my case) were 107 XL rated. If I go slightly taller or slightly wider, even in all-terrains, they are: 28712816 235/60R18 XL 6 107H BSW 6.5 - 8.5 7.0 29.3 9.4 721 11 34.2 2149 50 680-A-A 28712815 235/65R18 SL 4 106H BSW 6.5...

Geolandar vs Hankook AT2 vs Wildpeak A/T

I haven't much in the way of reviews for Falken A/T Trails - maybe they're too new. I did find on Falken's website, though, that they come with 2 yrs or 3/32's road hazard warranty, which saves a little money on the install. So, I am thinking that will be the ticket. Year before last, I was...

Geolandar vs Hankook AT2 vs Wildpeak A/T

Thanks for the input. I liked the look of the Falken AT3W's, but I will have to see if I can find them in the 17 inch size. The A/T Trails are available in both. I'll keep shopping. Leaning more towards swapping the wheels too so I have more choices. If I do that, though, I think I'll to...

Geolandar vs Hankook AT2 vs Wildpeak A/T

In my Limited KK with the dumb 18" wheels, those are my basic choices. I have found Kenda Klevers and Atturo AT's also, but think I will go with one of the above. Standard size is 235/60/r18. All of the above are 150-170 each. I was wondering if anyone is running any of these tires, and...

    2009 Limited

especially for the one with 95k miles, I'd also look under the hood and look for signs of oil or coolant leaks. Would apply to the other one as well, but more prevalent with more miles. definitely check to make sure the 4wd works as it should. Also, plan to change plugs, air filter, and belt...

Do KJ skid plates fit the KK?

Seems that I saw somewhere that some of them do, but I wasn't sure. I am particularly interested in the gas tank skid, but the others as well. Thanks much.

    Post your KK pics here!

Thanks. We have lots of National Forest Service roads here. This one climbed about 1200 feet to a summit of close to 2k. The next one I plan to do, in a few weeks, is about 25 miles long, climbs almost 3k ft, and hits a summit around 4k. That one follows a ridge for much of it, so the views...

Little better view of the valley / mountains behind us. This is in the National Forest in NW GA. Traction mats and Hi-Lift are in the basket.

    Starting & Running Very Rough

The ignition coils and the plugs are two separate items. You have to take the coil off to get to the plug anyways. That video above shows it.

    Starting & Running Very Rough

I guess the above autocorrected "plugs" to "lugs", sorry. I don't see where to the edit post button is. Anyways, very easy. I wouldn't pay someone $100 to do it.

    Starting & Running Very Rough

Nothing at all hard about the plugs. I did mine (2011) and my daughter's (2008) at the same time. Very easy. Your experience sounds more like an ignition coil gone bad than lugs. $450 is robbery for changing some lugs. They are cheap - like $4-$6 each, and you can do it in an hour.
