I do not think that I have a 2 speed fan. Connectors do not appear to have melted. I replaced the radiator fan relay with a SMP ry-448 relay. Could this P1491 code issue be due to a coolant system temperature sensor issue?

Thank you very much. I found the set screw and indeed it was loose. I pushed the shifter down and tightened up the set screw with Allen wrench and that did the trick. What an easy fix when you know what to do. Saved me a lot of time and $$$.
