I apologize for not knowing much about changing spark plugs, but I've heard you have to "gap" or "change the length" on the spark plugs themselves. How do you go about doing this, and what is the length for the liberty?
Someone please remove the grab handle and put grab handles up top and put up a guide. Some days I grab my sawzall and get really tempted to just start going at it with the passenger grab handle :icon_twisted:
To add on to my previous post. It seems as though a lot of Jeep Liberty KJ owners use 5w-30. So I may switch over since both use the same engine, and If I'm not mistaken, 5w-30 is more durable in terms of weather.
I've been using 5-20w synthetic since I've had it, and I've changed it every 5,000 miles. No problems since I've had it. 65,000 miles here and I live in Colorado.
