I was wondering where the best ground point for a negative jumper cable would be that isn't too far to reach in the engine bay? I need to jump start my KJ tomorrow and when I last looked I wasn't too sure on what would be a good spot in the engine bay. Thanks for any help!

In short, at low speeds when I try to accelerate I put my foot down on the pedal and absolutely nothing happens besides hearing what appears to be a thud noise under the car. Then eventually it kicks in and I can accelerate. Throwing code P0300, had all the injectors checked, spark plugs...
