2003 Liberty Sport; My left hand signal only works part time. When the inside flasher doesn't work, the blinkers on the outside don't work. The right hand blinker works fine. The fuses are all OK as far as I can tell, I replace the 10 amp with another one and still doesn't work. Any ideas???

I'm getting ready to replace my A/C compressor. Do I need to totally discharge the system of freon or can I just re-charge it back to full when I'm done?
