Many people (and I'm one of them) will say that 2002 models have the fewest problems. It's just the consensus. Can't point to hard and fast documentation...that's just how it is.
My Sport is pretty well optioned. About the only thing it doesn't have is power seats. Plus it came with a 5-speed...
I ended up using a 80.5" belt, routed in the exact same path as family KJ did it above. FYI future A/C compressor bypassers, you may need to try a couple different sizes.
Thanks to all who contributed here, you really saved me some time.
Does anybody know what tool to use to remove the AC compressor clutch? I see there's a nut in the middle but it must take some kind of pulley to remove??
Any help?
Looking for decent tread here...no junkers. One, two, three...whatever you have. Must be 245/75/16 and must be in decent shape. Looking for the older tread design, not the brand new one.
Should be in NY state or willing to ship cheaply. Let me know what you have. Thanks all!
Sorry I should have specified earlier...these are REAR springs and REAR spacers only, no front anything. Sorry for the confusion.
If you're still interested - 119,000 miles and the spacers are the ones that come in this kit...
I have my factory non pre-lowered 2002 KJ REAR springs (both in good shape) and two Rusty's 2.5" REAR spacers for sale.
No isolators included. Send me an offer + shipping. PM, reply or e-mail me at [email protected]
Thanks!
Hopefully not another (third) new engine.
I'd like to put my new rear lift springs in, it also need front brakes, a passenger side CV shaft and new tires. Hopefully all will be done by Christmas because the snow will be flying around these parts!
I think I remember hearing that this NO BUS condition can be caused when the wiring harness to the instrument cluster gets loose and has intermittent connection problems. Check that, along with the other items already mentioned.
