I have sensors from an 04 coming, but how do those work. Is there somethinging in the wheel well that picks them up or do these actually send it wirelessly to the evic somehow? Thanks
Well I was thinking I could put the sensors in a pvc pipe and presurize it to see if I can get the message to go away. Would that work?
By the way, my name is Blake too ;)
So the jeep got driven longer than around the block this time and now all the tire pressures are -- 3 are blinking and one is not.
I have installed a 2004 liberty evic in my 2006. What do I need to make these work? Can I just install the sensors in the tires or is it more...
I will have to talk to my buddy to see if his scanner can do it ;)
Any other ideas. I am wondering why I am getting pressure at all if I don't have something installed. But I don't know how to check without taking the tire off...
So I have installed a EVIC in my jeep. It did not come with an Evic system but I followed the instructions on here and everything is working except the tire pressure.
1 pressure is returning 32psi
2 are around 20 psi
1 is at 0
I have tried to retrain with speaker magnet and it did...
Bought this, but the temp gage does not work with my 2006 liberty. Everything else came on and was able to scroll through. So I am assuming that it should work with the 2004 or older liberty's.
the model number is: 04760145BI
