good news is nothing *seems* like its been bent like a pretzel... lets see what saturday's alignment shop turns up. I'm PRAYING it goes back in spec w/o an issue.
alignment shop is going to mount/balance the new rubber for me.
Its got 215/70/16s on it now, I put the 235/70/16s on it. hopefully that'll make things a bit better as well.
hopefully. I had an S-10 prior that couldn't stay aligned to save its life, one of the reasons why i bought the KJ.
I also bought 5 Rugged Trail T/As for it. (i dont intend on lifting it) so i'd like to get the issues resolved before i put those on.
Apparently my alignment is messed up on my '04 KJ. My tires inner shoulder is worn down pretty severely. I've got it scheduled to go in for an alignment this saturday but i do have a few questions:
I did hit a stump a while back, which would explain the camber being off. I hit it at low speed...

as mentioned in my previous thread, I had a nutsert issue when i put the middle bolt in my lightbar, the hole egged and i ended up having to make it 1/2" to de-egg it. I'd like to plug the hole by running a bolt with metal and rubber washers on both sides. How can i get under this...
i was installing my lightbar and i managed to break a nutsert (fell through the hole when i thought i had it tight enough.
its the front middle one, i have a grommet in there for now to prevent water from leaking, but i need to know where/how to get another nutsert and QUICKLY. do bodyshops...
