My 03 is doing that when cold. Likely a loose heatshield. Look for them down the exhaust pipe.

Topped it off and so far so good. I still will have it serviced in a few weeks.

The bar is 24" long. I put the project on hiatus as I do have some local fishing tournaments to prepare and attend. Project should resume after fishing season (end of October/beginning of November...)

And what about mount points ? As for the wiring, I guess the fuse panel isn't powered when the ignition is off so it will prevent me from draining the battery ;)

I think I got the exact same problem (clutch bearing seized...) I guess the AC clutch come with the compressor ? I guess it's a good idea to change the accessory belt as well ?

Hi guys, I think I found the culprit, the clutch isn't freely turning every time or so and is making a real weird noise... Is it possible that's only the belt that need to be tighten ?

I'm slow but should take no more than a Sunday afternoon. I changed pads and rotors which is almost the same job and it took me the afternoon (remember, I'm slow doing these things) but my dad did the calipers as he was off yesterday and the Jeep needs to be up and running for Thursday since...

They can suit large paddlers and haul some big ones, just look at Chad Hoover, but I know what you mean. Still surprising not more kayak anglers in the things that float section... I might just create a poll bout it ! ;)
