When I had it towed to the dealership, They told me that there was air in the fuel line and I would have to prime the pump by hand and bleed the air myself.

Mine came with 18mm. I had to get a crescent wrench to tighten it on.

About a month and a half back I tried to start my CRD after letting it sit for a couple of days. By the way my driveway is a hill.
