Check engine light on. took to dealer, did the ball joints and torque convertor recalls. computer at dealer says glow plug 1,2,4 out. Replaced, one month goes by, same check engine light, same code? Whats up, is this gonna go on for ever?
There is a local dealer with an 06 CRD Limited in white for 21,000 US dollars. 12K miles. If anyone is interested I can give you their number. I am not involved with that dealer just wanted a Jeep person to get a chance at it.

The problem you are describing is not the f37 recall. I have the same problem from time to time and I have not had the f37 recall done yet. My dealer says it is the egr, due to a code thrown that he can identify. I will wait and see if the f37 corrects my stall when cold going...
I got the crd recall for replacement of the torque convertor today. Maybe this will fix the racecar like shifting and abrupt take off. Has anyone else got this letter?

Ok, I called both Jeep dealers in town and both did not wish to tell me what code 1216 indicates. They did say that the ball joint recall for all models would be issued late next month. That was news to me. I thought it was only for certain year models not all models. Oh welln maybe DCJ...
