Jeep Liberty renegade roof rails

Anyone know if the stock Jeep Liberty renegade roof can hold j hooks for kayaks and a awning. Only I can find is something about 150lbs. I’m not sure if that’s my cross rails. Or the both themselves.

Weight limit on the roof rails is 150 pounds
