Hello All! I'm brand new to the forum but have been a fan of KJs for years. We've owned several and have decided to use our current one as a daily driver and off road warrior. She's a 2004 Sport with 3in OME lift by RRO with upfitted Doetsch Tech rear gas shocks, 265/75/16 Hankook AT2's (this rubber has been awesome for our build), ARB front bumper with Warn winch, and multiple other upgrades.

I'm excited to read more in the forums and interact with other members. This is a long term project for us and I am always looking for new ideas and POV.

No but I desperately want to. I've not been able to find the gears since March. When I am able to get them I'm also thinking about installing ARB air lockers. What are your thoughts?

Cant go wrong with 4.10 gearing , ARB lockers, ran them ( ARB ) in the rear of my 04 for a long time with DTT up front
Now running DTTs front and rear in both the 03 and 04
But loved the ARB, but someone offered me way more than I had it the diff and ARB plus paid me to install them so off they went :)

Sounds like an awesome deal for you! I have some additional questions about suspension but want to get through the forum posts before I ask something redundant. The rub in the front wheel wells is a source of aggravation at the moment. I'm pulling the spacers out as I know that will help. I put them on just to see what I thought before committing to new rims. Glad I did.

I did. I also tried reforming the plastic within the wheel well. I realize now I should have gone a bit higher with the lift, but I didn't know that at the time.
Its not the lift, its the tire size that is giving you issues
well lift in a way, but any more and you run into other issues after a while
ran 4.5 inches of lift ( JBA adjustable coilover ) on the 04 with 265-75-16s, 4.10s etc for over 110,000 miles so far
First 100,000 was OME lift, and a couple of test lifts , installed at 18,900 miles
