So my compressor decided to kick the bucket and start leaking and killed the clutch. Still derivable but the smell is horrible and noise is bad.

I'm looking into deleting it for the time being since a new one is about $300 on rock auto.

Has anyone done this before? I'm looking to do it for the winter months so 8 months or so.

So far I know I have to remove the compressor itself and install a Dayco 5060825 > 82.5 Belt.

Any tips or advice is welcome!

The only thing I noticed is that the steering is much easier to turn now. It feels like nothings there haha.

I'm not to sure if this is a thing or what.
