This is a review on the company, not a particular part. I recently placed an order for what was listed as lower control arms for the KJ but apparently they had it mislabeled on the website since they sent me ball joints. After they contacting them they won't honor the mistake so I canceled the whole order with them.
So this was the first and last time that I will order from them. I've always used RockAuto and I will continue to use them in the future. Hope this helps someone.

How can they mistake LBJ's for for lower control arms - and then not acknowledge the mistake and fix it...?????

They said that the part number listed on the website was the same as the lbj's so that's why they shipped them out instead. They acknowledged the mistake but said that they don't reship mixed up orders like that. I pressed them but technically they aren't required by law to honor the mistake. Hence why I'm letting everyone know that they suck, lol.

I know it's their error on the website, they should clearly make it right without question. Did you at least go "hmmmmm", when you see the Dorman arm is $109.98, the Mevotech is $126.33, but the Mopar arm shows $58.33? "Hot dog, did I get a deal"!!!

Exactly. Only reason why I bought them. I noticed a good deal on lca's by Detroit axle on eBay. May have to check them out when it comes time again.
