If no drilling then your only options are mounting to roof rack or some type of roof rail (that I know of)
I have mine mounted inside the doors covered by the weather stripping
Solid as a rock and looks great

Mount it to the front bumper, way better location and you'll get more use out of it.

Not sure what you mean
Light Bar brand: Auxbeam 42" curved
I've had great experience with them and they have excellent products at a good price
The mounts: curved mounts for a GMC/Chevy (not sure what year)
It's solid and gives great light

I have 2
One on my bullbar and on the roof
Both work great

I have tried various roof lights over the last 40 years on pickups, CJs, EBs, Cherokees and even an LED light bar on the Kili
Never liked anything I had due to various reasons. Good lights on the bumper do best all around for me

I used plastic anchors, hella 500 kit, and an aluminum light bar mount from amazon. I used the existing license plate mount at a brace (due to the contours of the bumper). Instead of the self tap screws, I used longer, thicker bolts. Worked like a charm.
