Completing the install of OME lift, using torque wrench to tighten clevis bolt, snapped the bolt at under 100ft lbs ... Any one else had this experience? or is my torque wrench off?

05 1/2 ?,06,07 use an m10 clevis bolt with a torque of 45 ft lbs.

was just reading back over and saw the 100, what were you going to tighten them to??
Go to the dealer, right bolt for the job.
Now I'm wondering what you tightened the rest of the parts to
I've had my front torn out at least 35 times I'll bet and never had an issue
Here are the torque specs from 03 and 06 FSM.
The upper clevis bolt is the only difference.
