Well so far he repaired the windows. They had fallen. he has not looked at re over heating issue in several days but thinks the snake oil will work. If I hear anything new I will post.

Latest update...PCM did not work lol. So he is moving forward with the snake oil against everyones judgement and opinions. I am still thinking it is the thermostat but what do I know.

So they are tired of trying to work on it so they are taking it to a shop in the next couple days. Lol. If I hear the verdict I will let you all know.

Okay I'll throw in my two cents since I've experienced overheating issues on both my 4 cyl YJ and my 6 cyl KJ.
My YJ developed an overheating problem after I replaced the water pump. After trying everything but "snake oil" including replacing the water pump a second time I discovered that the $10 thermostat was bad. Now I replace the cheapest thing first.
My KJ used to overheat whenever I was in 4WD in the summer. That problem was diagnosed as a defective electric rad fan. I replaced it with a junkyard find. A new one from the dealer can cost up to $300.
Just this fall I had an experience with mud clogging up my rad. Yet another cheap fix, I thoroughly washed out the rad.
I hope you haven't tried the "snake oil" or any other potion that promises to seal leaks. You'll likely plug up that new rad.
Bite the bullet and take the Jeep back to a dealership or a rad shop where professionals can diagnose & fix the problem.
