Just a quick note, maybe this could be built into a "how-to"
The only way to 100% kill TCS/ABS is to kill the ABS pump.
If you want a way that doesn't hack up wires and is "switchable"....
- Find the ABS fuse (not sure where it is, underhood or in dash).
- Buy the appropriate inline fuse from an auto store
- break the existing mini-fuse and keep the two metal legs
- solder one leg to the inline fuse unit.
- Wire the inline fuse unit to a switch
- Solder the other leg of the broken fuse to a wire running tothe other side of the switch
- insert each of the two soldered legs into factory location.
There ya go - it's still fused, it's totally reversable, and it's switchable. No cutting wires, can completely be put back to stock. You only sacrifice a mini-fuse and a hole somewhere in the dash to mount the switch.
Be aware for the light show that ensues when you turn the system off!
