Note to self:
Do not get into Blake's jeep. If you must, watch out for treasures he dug out recently.

If someone doesn't like your opinion, they will know who you are by your tag no.
It is not same as seeing it driving down the road. If you tell someone to go f themselves here, there you got a stalker. Or if you post that cute picture... :D

I don't know how they will find your info, but I know they can buy that information from certain websites.

But that's still no different than cutting someone off or giving a random person the finger when ur driving.

The most I've ever been able to do with a plate number was.... on the california website ,you can look up emissions data, last time it was checked, if it's valid, etc. I took a plate number off of eBay and put it in their form... and it gave me the emissions data.

Still... There is nothing personal there. You are both on traffic, here other person is unknown. Anyway, I posted exact same question on jeepforum like 2 years ago.

Those might not be legal everywhere because they can block the "red light cameras" from taking a pic of your plate.

Dave

ps - I am not condoning running red lights which is illegal and dangerous.

"N ffn YPD" is tough.

I was PO'd at DMV once and put my rear plate on upside down for about a week. I don't think anyone noticed. I turned it right side up after I got over it. No one pays attention to a Jeep.

They only caught me because I parked at the end of the street. When he started walking he spotted mine right there.. Normally if I park in between cars, they won't notice or even check. They walk around checking registration stickers dates, though. I got ticketed because I didn't replace it once (although I had received the replacement- just lazy) I opposed and sent in my letter with copy and said "the officer didn't see it, it was right there". It was turned down.. I paid some money, forgot how much but around $55 ?

They took away my old plates once they realized I had found a way to order obscene plates on the DMV website that got by their profanity bot. Thing is, I just wanted to show my school pride... GO *****!

You got "beat Cops" down there. Most towns here are too small for a Police Dpt so they don't have one. They are serviced by the County and State Police. We have one because it's the County Seat. We got "Barney Fife and company" here. Of course City's are required to have police departments.

What they do here is set up roadblocks and check registrations, seatbelts, and inspection stickers. It's always at the end of the month.

I think roadblocks in NYC is not allowed. They can't do that, unless it is "elevated" terror status orange or whatever that color is. Once you cross the border to NYS, there they will start with their funny curious george hats.

That's the "Border Patrol" We got them with rolling roadblocks in different areas ( I won't say where ). Looking for those "pesky Canadians" coming down into NY to start a ruckus or somehting........J/K....We get a lot of Canadian Tourists here and they are good people.
