Not to be rude, but have you tried our search feature here? A lot of your questions can be answered in previous threads. And if you find that you still can't find what you're looking for, feel free to ask. ;)

For a radio go Eclips ,probably spelled wrong
I have 1 in my TJ and it is still working good after 5 years
has enough power to drive 4 - 5.25" speaker loud enough to be heard at 70 with no top and no doors
LED Lights I can not help you if they go out I change them with what ever I can get
Door handle ,IIRC there is a screw on the bottom
Good floor mats? you already have them
they are the OEM mats that are under that cheep mat just need to clean up and you would find them
broken plastic ,self drilling screw? epoxy? duck tape?

hope I helped very little

Yep, there is a screw under the arm rest. For LED's, check Ebay. For floor mats, check out Husky Liners. It will run about $300 for the front, rear, and cargo area, but well worth it!

I bought this head unit for my Jeep:
http://www.walmart.com/ip/JVC-KD-S37-USB-CD-Receiver-with-Front-AUX-In/15627186

It's a JVC (decent brand) and fairly inexpensive. Has USB and AUX in which is the biggest reason why I bought it. Also allows you to customize the color of it to whatever you want, match it right up to the stock colors if you want, or to a weird color if that's your taste. I like it a lot.

Good until 6-10-11

As far as the plastic trim for your seat, try a wrecking yard.

Stereo wise I can't help you.
