Has anyone used the WITECH VCI POD Diagnostic Tool V13.03.38 with the DRB III emulator software ? my old Jeep Cherokee 2003 won't talk properly to my icarsoft scanner... it connects and has reset a few things ABS warning light, but won't read codes or detect the dreaded engine warning light....
