like from 235/70 to 265/70 on same stock suspension and smae stock rims.

you can not use stock suspension and fit any tire over a 245/70 on a 16" rim
and the rim must be a stock rim

if you want to fit larger tires then you need a lift
spacer lifts end up costing just as much as a full coil lift
I know that you can fit 245/75 MTR's on OE wheels with only OME med duty coils then when you do the new coils you replace the struts and shocks
larger tires can be fitted if you go with the Frankenlift

265/70 will require a lot of lift....

You will also need a variety of tools including a ratchet set, a spring compressor and a torque wrench.
