What does this go to?

I found this connector under the hood by the drivers side headlight. Just wondering if it's somthing that needs to be plugged in somewhere or if it's just for somthing my Jeep didn't come with. (2002 3.7l Sport)

I wanna say that is for fog lights.

thats weird... or it could be for an outside temperature senor... mine doesn't have that cable under the hood i went and looked.
