The red circled is what I'm considering cutting away for my trailer build, the floor pan would be cut and then replaced everything else would be cutting away the bump. Just wondering what of what I've circled would be unibody structure or can it be cut away, I am willing to move the reinforces to under the floor pan if I have to.

further inspection the front side to side would be the ones removed if I chose too, the rear ones are far enough back that they'd be underneath stuff or even used as a base, unsure about the rear wheel well whats behind them, but I wouldn't mind making them stand out less, the stand out above them is where the bracket mounts for the rear seats to fold, looks non structural but I'd like to be sure before I start cutting.

I'd slash all the transmission tunnel and crossbeams out & fit a sheet of steel and cross members between the rails underneath.
Why do you want to cut the wheel buckets out?

I'm still considering, behind the wheel bucket appears to be hollow to me? like you have the outer wheel bucket and the inner wheel bucket, I probably won't cut it out but if I can it'd make creating things to mount in the car a lot easier rather than to have to form fit to the wheel buckets.

I do plan on cutting out the transmission tunnel/crossbeams and putting the steel and reinforcing beneath. For reference the other object is where the seat fold down mounts too in the up position, I've just taken off the attachment part, I'm 90% sure its non structural because it's just spot welded and its a square panel with that popping out of it, just wanted to be sure before I mess something up.

Apart from a strong mount for the seat I can't see it would do anything, you just need to brace between the rails to make up for the loss of the inner braces, you're keeping the roof so that adds a lot of strength, especially if you are going to plate in the front where you cut it off.
