Water leaking at the top rear of my 06

Went through the car wash today and saw water dripping from the roof at the very top rear of my Liberty. Getting the rear carpet wet right at the edge that butts up against the rear door. Bad seal on the third brake light or the window seal? Seeing if anyone else has ran into this. I couldn't dig up anything on this exact issue from this forum or around the net.

Yeah I'm gonna get some good rtv and seat it up properly. I'll pull the drivers side rails and check after cleaning them out. Just an annoying thing that can make other things worse.

Update: Got an aftermarket third brake light in the mail. Opened the box and saw it won't plug into the factory plug. I'll connect the factory wiring into this new light on my next day off. I have spare solder sleeves and heat shrink at work I can use to make it work reliably. For now no water is leaking into the back like it was previously which was my larger concern.
