Vibrates at idle

Hi guys
recently i feel little vibrates/shake (on and off-every few seconds)
When i feel this vibrates,i can see the rpm drops to 570-580, what can cause it?
I checked plugs,air filter and the vaccum hoses,didnt found anything.
