Sometimes the jeep fires off just fine and others it's like there's no power. Dash lights come on, no trouble codes, no click or sound of starter engaging, just nothing. The battery cables are clean and tight. This has never happened when it's cold so seems to be a warm start issue.

Any thoughts?

I would start by having the battery properly load tested. Jeep does weird stuff if battery marginal or poor.
Using a VOM, what is the charging voltage when running, with heater fan on high, lights on, rear defroster on, radio on,etc.
What's the battery voltage when it refuses to start?
Tried swapping ASD relay?

Also, try it in neutral, just to eliminate the shifter switch being faulty.
