Since most KJ's were assembled in the US that will be normal, it seems researching for my Rear Fog Conversion that KJ's of both Domestic and Export share up to 90% of the same parts minus a few small things. So does not surprise me on your scanner tool that it has those read outs but the the Cluster motherboard will be fully read as km/h. If you were to put a mph speedo in there you have a mph odometer reading. Has to do with the Instrument Cluster Motherboard and what its set up to read not via the BCM.
