Does anyone know what torque value to use on the drive belt tensioner mounting bolt? It is marked as a grade "9.8" bolt and was included with the new tensioner. The old tensioner had only 19k miles on it and was bouncing noticeably when the engine was running. There was evidence of oil and dirt all around the tensioner so I'm assuming it had some sort of dampening fulid inside that has managed to leak out. Kind of disappointing for a vehicle that is only four years old.

Any help would be appreciated.

According to the 2002 Factory Service Manual:
Tensioner Mounting Bolt: 41 N-m or 30 Ft. Lbs

Same torque for both the 3.7 and the 2.4 engines.
