Tail Light issue

Today I found out that both of my tail light and brake lights are not working.
First I checked for any fuse problem, but than I found out that the reflector inside the tail light got loose and fell onto the bulb. The hot bulb melded the reflector and broke itself, in both tail lights
Had this happen to anyone of you???????
I'm going to the dealer tomorrow will see what there telling me.

That is wierd that both of them did it. Maby they were defective??? You should try to get the dealer to replace them on warrenty.

I went to two dealer, the first one told he will not have time to look at till next week. and he let me drive off with no brake lights!
The second one, said I must drive with my foot on the brake all the time. But would this not mean I need my brakes done all the time. Than sameone have had me rearended, no. Than finaly he went out with me to see my car and than of course the problem comes from my split exhaust system.
But I guess I have no chance to get a warrenty replacment.
I going to replace the light bulbs with some LED's and try to find some tail light assys on ebay.

Get on the phone to Daimler-Chrysler Customer Service pronto, my friend. Corporate will sort this out for you.

I would totally go back with a digital recorder. After you get everything he said recorded pull it out and say, " Fix it you filthy piece of trash!".

HAHA!!! How did you hold it in?!?! =D> I would of died right there!!! I think thats the best one yet!! I cannot believe he didnt say it was out of blinker fluid. Call and ask him if he thinks that may of been the problem! =D> (Alcy)

But really, call DC and see what they say. Or course when I called them about my rims peeling, they said that was normal wear and tear since they are subjected to the weather... :-s
